Job Summary
As a Technical Recruiter at Ramp, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles within the Engineering organization. This includes partnering with engineering leadership to understand role requirements, handling complex searches, supporting university recruiting efforts, and developing innovative recruiting strategies. Key responsibilities involve driving offer processes, managing pipeline activities, and analyzing recruiting metrics for informed decision-making. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluency with Boolean search operators, and expertise in technical job profiles.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum 5 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred
- Depth of fluency with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles, including but not limited to Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure Engineers
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
