Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in cybersecurity, cloud, and identity, building deep partnerships with hiring managers to translate business strategy into strong candidate experiences. Proactively cultivate talent pipelines for federal contracts while leveraging AI tools to accelerate hiring without compromising relationship-building. Track real retention and hiring outcomes to align recruiting strategy with company growth, continuously improving processes and candidate experience. Represent Easy Dynamics' mission honestly to candidates, ensuring they understand the role and culture before joining.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of technical recruiting experience", "A track record of hiring technical talent in the cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering or identity space", "Demonstrated results as a recruiter", "A track record of being a partner to business leaders and hiring managers", "Strong interpersonal and communication skills", "A collaborative, team-first approach", "Comfort and curiosity with AI-driven recruiting tools", "A growth mindset", "Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
