Job Summary
Design and run recruiting programs for early career talent, including internships and new grad pipelines, while experimenting with non-traditional sourcing channels like hackathons and open-source communities. Build differentiated evaluation frameworks that challenge conventional interview loops to assess how candidates think, learn, and create. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to craft employer brand narratives and coach hiring managers on assessing emerging talent with nuance. This role focuses on creating new models for talent discovery rather than managing established programs. Based in San Francisco or New York City, you'll work onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiter experience
- meaningful exposure to early career, university, or program-based hiring

- Genuine curiosity about how to find and evaluate emerging talent
- Strong instincts for employer brand and candidate experience
- The ability to move between strategy and execution
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners
- Comfort with data
