Job Summary
Source and recruit technical professionals for Information Technology roles, conducting screenings and interviews while evaluating qualifications and experience. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, build talent pipelines for current and future needs, and maintain ATS records and recruiting reports. Support recruitment marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. This role manages multiple requisitions for Milwaukee Transport Services, requiring three years of technical recruiting experience and familiarity with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, and Cybersecurity professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three (3)+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, Help Desk, and Cybersecurity professionals
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Desired Qualifications
- Government contracting experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Knowledge of IT terminology and technologies
