Job Summary
Build and lead a fast, high-velocity cybersecurity recruiting pipeline across multiple US locations; manage full lifecycle recruiting for diverse roles, from intake to offer, while continuously refining sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Develop creative outreach, improve candidate experience, and drive hiring velocity. Demonstrate data-driven decision making by analyzing metrics and market data to inform strategy and collaborate with hiring managers to close hard-to-fill cybersecurity roles. Maintain strong communication, collaboration across time zones, and a relentless focus on quality of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
- 2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cyber security companies
- Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles with sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies
- Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements, showing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills to work with hiring managers, provide updates, and manage expectations; acts as a strategic partner in the hiring process
- Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet outreach targets
