Job Summary
Partner closely with hiring managers in Manufacturing, Operations, and Design Engineering to understand team needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Source, engage, manage, and close high-performing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to define talent pipelines. Create creative strategies to engage passive candidates, evaluate new tools, and strengthen the recruiting funnel while advocating for an exceptional candidate experience. Work onsite five days per week at Long Beach headquarters to support interviews and hiring discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations
- Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early- to mid-career roles
- Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent
- Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Onsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters
- You can expect to work onsite five days per week

- Experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations
- Experience managing both high-volume, non-exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneously
- Ability to quickly pivot between departments, priorities, and hiring needs
