Job Summary
Sourcing talent via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals to identify active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill engineering and operations roles. Conduct in-depth screenings and technical assessments to ensure candidates meet job-specific qualifications and align with company culture. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent landscape insights. Build and maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies, continuously refining processes through automation and data-driven decision-making. Drive efforts to attract a diverse talent pool. This 100% onsite role requires 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates for engineering and operations roles
- Proven track record of working closely with hiring managers
- Ability to assess technical skills and understand complex engineering roles
- Strong commitment to providing a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision
- 100% onsite availability
- U.S. citizen or national
- U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
- Eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries
- Experience with non-traditional recruiting methods, such as cold calling, networking events, or customized sourcing campaigns
- Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche technical roles
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
