Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to create employment requisitions, develop staffing plans, and maintain job boards to source and prescreen candidates. Evaluate job experience, education, skills, and abilities to classify, select, and refer applicants while surfacing qualified candidates through web-based tools, agencies, and contractors. Participate in interviews, assist with reference checks, develop competitive offers, and negotiate starting salaries. Maintain contact with hard-to-find skilled candidates, attend job fairs, and foster relationships with professional organizations to ensure a constant flow of talent. Manage applicant flow records and communicate candidate status and pipeline quality to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 2 - 4 years of experience, or a Master's with 1+ years of experience
- Requires knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, display discretion and protect privacy of information
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are required
- The ability to interact with people at all levels is required
- A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent organizational skills are required
- Ability to multi-task
- The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship

Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Deltek Talent Management a plus
