Job Summary
Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering leadership in hiring technical roles across software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML; manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiations; build a robust talent pipeline; evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit; refine job descriptions and interview processes with hiring managers; represent Carbon Robotics at events and drive an excellent candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
- experience recruiting software and hardware engineering roles
- familiarity with startups or fast-growing tech companies
- experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- knowledge of Python, C++, TypeScript, React, Dart/Flutter, ROS, AI/ML
