Job Summary

Consult customers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment action plans to connect with targeted technical talent. Source candidates via online searches, social media, job boards, and networking events while establishing targeted pipelines through relationship management. Pre-screen prospective candidates, manage the selection process, and conduct phone screens to ensure talent fit. Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to initiate contact, and record activities in our Applicant Tracking/CRM Software. Work evenings, weekends, and early mornings to support customer and candidate needs. This role is part of our internal career progression program within a firm specializing in Cloud computing, AI, and DevOps solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Record of tangible achievement from a production-oriented role in professional services
  • Proficient in the fundamentals of negotiations, deal-making, and marketing
  • Exceptional research skills and ability to efficiently execute standardized tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at 'all levels' within an organization via a variety of channels (written and verbal) and externally in a professional and articulate manner
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or two years professional experience
  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical positions
  • Experience screening resumes, leading phone screens, and interviewing to identify candidate fit
  • Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System for applicant pipeline development and status updates as necessary
  • Sourcing candidates through our Applicant Tracking System and pro-active recruitment of passive candidates through online databases and social media
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support the needs of customers, candidates, and teammates (Evenings, weekends, early mornings)
