Job Summary
Technical Recruiter role within Canals' People Team focusing on end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market functions. Responsibilities include generating top-of-funnel talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and inbound candidates; conducting thoughtful first-round interviews to assess talent and excite candidates about opportunities; partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, calibrate talent, and provide market feedback; managing candidates through the interview process with a high-quality experience; building expertise across multiple functions and adapting to new hiring challenges; continuously improving recruiting processes, tooling, outreach strategies, and candidate experience; and representing Canals in a thoughtful, authentic way to close exceptional candidates. What you’ll bring includes 4–6+ years of recruiting experience with technical talent, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, excellent communication, ability to learn quickly, ownership, accountability, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The role is remote-first and distributed across North and South America, with multiple secondary locations listed in the description.
