Job Summary
Source and attract candidates proactively through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring managers while administering assessments and background checks. Build strong pipelines by partnering with leadership to define role requirements, track open requisitions, and maintain compliance using Mitratech and TrakStar. Manage the full hiring lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination and exit interviews. Track core metrics including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to drive strategy.
Required Qualifications
- University undergraduate degree
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Desired Qualifications
- HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
- HR certifications (PHR or SHRM-CP)

- Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas (technical, sales, operations)
- startup or growth-stage environment experience
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and services
- familiarity with established technology vendors across the IT ecosystem
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in applicant tracking software (TrakStar)
- Understanding of recruiting metrics tracking
- compliance platform usage (Mitratech)
