Job Summary
Technical Recruiter responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting across diverse technical and IT functions, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand priorities, and developing proactive talent pipelines. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and talent communities, candidate screening and negotiation, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Focus areas include software engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud & infrastructure, data & analytics, DevOps/SRE, ERP & enterprise applications, product & technical program management, QA/automation, IT operations & support, solutions architecture, and information security. The position requires onsite work at HQ in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and does not sponsor employment authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of technical / IT recruiting experience required
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
- Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Workday or iCIMS preferred
- LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools such as HireEZ, Paradox, Phenom, or similar tools
- Experience in agency and in-house recruiting environments preferred
- Proven success recruiting highly technical, engineering, and niche skill sets
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Ability to build and maintain pipelines of passive and active technical talent
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
