Job Summary
Source and screen candidates for full-stack, AI, and senior engineering roles across Argentina, running initial outreach and screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the hiring team while maintaining a clean, up-to-date pipeline tracker for every open position. Keep candidates warm and responsive throughout the process by following up, answering questions, and representing the company accurately and professionally. This part-time, freelance role requires strong written and spoken English and fluent Spanish, with success-based compensation based on performance metrics. You will leverage your existing network in the local tech community to drive response rates from Argentinian engineering candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- strong track record specifically in technical hiring (full-stack, backend, AI/ML, or senior engineering roles)
- Based in Argentina
- existing network in the local tech/engineering community
- Proven ability to get strong response rates from Argentinian engineering candidates
- understand the local market, salary expectations, and what makes candidates engage
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, freelance capacity with role-based/success-based compensation
- Strong written and spoken English
- fluent Spanish
- Organized and responsive
- manage multiple open roles at once without candidates falling through the cracks
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for startups or fast-scaling tech companies
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, specifically Linkedin Recruiter
