Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce planning objectives, then source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms. Conduct screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, while building a strong pipeline of technical talent for aerospace, automotive, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the full hiring process, including offer discussions and onboarding. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System and represent AAA USA at career fairs and community outreach initiatives. Meet recruiting metrics and service-level expectations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred
- Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
