Job Summary
Technical Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering, Mobile, Data, DevOps, and Product roles in a fast-paced B2C tech environment. Partner with business and tech leaders to define hiring needs and craft job briefs, develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and relevant communities, build a diverse talent pipeline, manage candidate experience, lead offer negotiations, and track hiring metrics to optimize performance. Represent the company at tech events and meetups to strengthen employer brand in the B2C space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a B2C or consumer internet company
- Deep understanding of technical roles, stacks, and how B2C engineering teams operate (web, mobile, backend, product)
- Proven success hiring for high-volume or niche tech roles in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ATS tools
