Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for R&D and Product teams in Tel Aviv by sourcing passive candidates across cloud, security, and data sectors. Identify, engage, and evaluate top technical talent while partnering globally with executives to develop hiring strategies and drive creative approaches. Act as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates by establishing regular touchpoints, maintaining thorough follow-through, and collaborating with interview teams to refine the candidate experience. Participate in recruiting projects to improve current processes over this 6-month contract period, utilizing existing tools to discover creative engagement methods. Track key metrics in a data-driven environment and collaborate with business leaders to execute high-volume recruiting with a focus on candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Around 4-7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and tech-industry hiring
- Experience at a startup or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture
- cybersecurity experience
- Availability to commit to a 6-month temporary contract
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc.)
