Job Summary

Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and ensure all documentation is processed, reviewed, and stored in line with regulatory, business, and operational requirements. Support continuing airworthiness by keeping aircraft records complete, compliant, and available to key stakeholders. Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and operational teams to assist with the review and management of technical documentation, data entry, record updates, and reporting activities. This 24-month fixed term role based in Perth requires a 4 on, 4 off roster.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in technical records, aviation records, maintenance administration, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and maintaining documentation
  • Sound computer literacy and confidence using records management systems
  • Ability to interpret and process maintenance documentation, work packs, logbooks, or technical records
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Previous experience in an airline, MRO, or aviation maintenance environment
