Job Summary
Conduct aircraft technical records auditing and lease transition project management, including on-site End-of-Lease transitions and physical inspections. Manage compliance auditing for Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Life Limited Parts, and structural repairs while overseeing M&E systems using AMOS or TRAX. Apply knowledge of SRM, CMM, and AMM manuals alongside IATA standards and OEM platforms to drive project success. Requires two years of experience with project management tools and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience
- Strong expertise in aircraft technical records and lease transition projects
- Hands-on experience in aircraft lease transactions
- Hands-on experience in technical records auditing
- Hands-on experience in on-site transition projects (End-of-Lease, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in aircraft physical inspections
- Solid knowledge of compliance auditing across Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
- Solid knowledge of compliance auditing across Service Bulletins (SBs) / STCs
- Solid knowledge of compliance auditing across Life Limited Parts (LLPs)
- Solid knowledge of compliance auditing across Structural Repairs
- Solid knowledge of compliance auditing across Hard Time & OCCM Components
- Proficiency in M&E Systems: AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Technical Manuals: SRM, CMM, AMM
- Proficiency in Industry Standards: IATA standards, Aircraft Lease Contracts, OEM platforms
- Proficiency in Project Management tools & MS Office
