Job Summary
Technical Quality Coordinator responsible for coordinating QA and project documentation across Procurement, Project Management, and Engineering, ensuring documentation is accurately processed to support project timelines. Manages a wide range of QA and project files (drawings, reports, schedules, correspondence), ensures compliance with QMS standards, coordinates document reviews and distribution with internal teams and external vendors, supports drawing control activities, and helps produce Installation, Operating, and Maintenance manuals while maintaining accurate records in document-control systems. Requires a diploma or equivalent experience and experience with document control software; strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business or Office Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 5 – 8+ years in a previous quality-based role in the construction, manufacturing, or project environment
- Experience with document control systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders
