Job Summary
Process and analyze technical failures and warranty claims within agreed deadlines, publishing service bulletins and coordinating field campaigns. Support warranty audits and monitor spending to highlight improvement areas, while using Power BI and Palantir dashboards to identify trends. Assist with dealer onboarding and SAP administration, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that turn field insights into product enhancements. This role strengthens the Aftermarket & Product Support team for Construction Equipment Europe, connecting field service, engineering, and dealers to ensure machines meet high-quality standards across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Have a background in automotive engineering
- Communicate fluently in English
- Are familiar with SAP
- Are familiar with business intelligence tools
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office
- Work accurately
- Take ownership of your responsibilities
