Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting the Technical Manager to maintain and improve quality systems and ensure food safety compliance across the site. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with food safety and quality standards during production, assisting with internal and external audits (including BRCGS), investigating non-conformances and supporting root cause analysis, managing customer complaints and quality KPIs, supporting HACCP processes, and handling documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities. The role demands experience in food manufacturing, knowledge of food safety standards, audit support, strong organization, and cross-department communication. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, in Tewkesbury, UK; permanent full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within food manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS or food safety standards
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, or quality systems
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work across different departments
