Job Summary
Assess complex technical requirements from the Gas Measurement portfolio to determine suitable solutions for flow measurement, process analyzers, and CEMS. Prepare and manage technical quotations and customer offers while coordinating with teams to clarify and close opportunities. Provide technical support throughout the Project Clarification, Order, and execution lifecycle, managing opportunities in Salesforce and maintaining relationships with partners and customers. Contribute to business growth through professional technical and commercial support within the Asia Pacific Support Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, technical sales support, or industrial applications
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Accountable, reliable, and supportive
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
- Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and countries
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Gas Flow Measurement, Process Gas Analyzers, CEMS,... is preferred
- Understanding about Gas Application Questionnaire (AQ) is a plus
- Familiar with Sizing/ Technical configuration software is a plus
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management system such as Salesforce is a plus
