Technical Property Manager - Regional

Job Summary
Oversee regional facilities service providers and contracts across 33 buildings, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and life-safety standards; drive energy efficiency, security enhancements, space planning, build-outs, and reconfigurations to meet current and future needs; plan and manage operating and capital budgets for C4 facilities and regional offices with daily direction to on-site contract staff; lead waste management and coordinate project management for FM tasks and major construction; ensure regulatory compliance and support business continuity/emergency readiness; collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to negotiate solutions, manage audits, KPI-driven vendor performance, and effective issue communication. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in facilities management and project management, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of life safety, EPA and OSHA regulations, and willingness to relocate if needed; role involves regular onsite attendance with remote work capability (hybrid). Relocation is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or certification
- 5+ years of facilities management experience in Class A office
- 5+ years of project management experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams and other remote access software
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of life safety, EPA and OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of SAP software and CCMS
- Knowledge of critical power environments
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization, and complex group of stakeholders
