Job Summary
Operate on construction measures by coordinating maintenance and upkeep across the hotel, including site visits for the new wellness area and ongoing expansion projects. Manage external vendor bids to create cost comparison sheets and oversee TÜV and safety inspections for elevators, fire protection, and electrical systems. Lead technical projects in close collaboration with senior management while ensuring structured safety compliance. This role supports the hotel's growth phase in Düsseldorf and upcoming Cologne expansion within a family-oriented team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss im technischen Bereich (z. B. Elektriker, Anlagenmechaniker, Mechatroniker) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
