Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections and site visits for commercial and residential properties. Manage and oversee external facility services, including technical infrastructure, while negotiating maintenance, supply, and disposal contracts. Coordinate repair, maintenance, and renovation work from authorization through acceptance. Prepare technical reports and documentation, manage CAPEX and OPEX budget planning, and track project execution against plans. Handle tender processes, including bid management and contract administration. Requires technical vocational training or degree in real estate, multiple years of property management experience, and fluent German. Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich (z.B. eine Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann / zur Immobilienkauffrau, Elektroniker, Mechaniker)
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Betreuung von Immobilien
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
