Job Summary
Drives project management processes from conception to implementation, managing schedules, tasks, and resources effectively. Utilizes project management tools to track and report on project status, while ensuring projects meet budget and timeline goals. Engages in multifunctional design teams, providing technical input and problem-solving to overcome project complications. Communicates complex concepts clearly, leading and negotiating effectively within teams. Supports applied engineering and business processes to achieve objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices
- Experience in leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
- Expertise in project management tools, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software
