Lead multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals. Drive performance objectives, manage budgets, and resolve complications with innovative solutions. Demonstrate leadership in project management and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Required qualifications include expertise in a specialized field and strong problem-solving skills.
