Job Summary
Lead program planning and execution from concept through implementation, aligning with POR and business requirements; manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, and marketing; facilitate regular program cadence (CFT/IDT meetings, design reviews, phase gate reviews) to drive alignment and execution; identify, assess, and mitigate risks; track performance metrics and KPIs; provide clear program status updates to stakeholders and leadership; contribute to process improvements, cost performance, and operational efficiency; requires a Master’s degree and 2–5+ years of relevant experience, with relocation eligibility and a global, cross-functional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field
- 2–5+ years of experience in project/program management, engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, risk management)
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not required)
