Job Summary
Technical program management director overseeing advanced packaging capability development from concept through implementation. Leads cross-functional teams, aligns strategies and resources to program objectives, budgets, and release schedules; drives capital allocation, purchase orders, and collaboration with senior management to advance packaging solutions and scaling roadmaps; applies engineering and business-process expertise to resolve cross-functional challenges, ensures readiness for milestones, and communicates with senior leadership and customers. Requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills. Travel around 50% with a Santa Clara, CA location.
