Job Summary
Technical Project Manager leads cross-functional technical initiatives within the Display CVD organization, from concept through execution, coordinating mechanical, electrical, process, and software engineers and external partners to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, risk tracking, KPI reporting, and driving productivity improvements through automation, digital workflows, and AI-enabled insights. Travel minimal; relocation eligible; requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and multi-year program-management experience in a technical/product development setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a dedicated project/program manager supporting a technical team of subject matter experts
- 6+ years of experience in a technical role within a product development environment
- Experience managing physical product releases; demonstrated ability to drive design releases to aggressive schedules
- Proficiency with project collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with ERP/SAP/Teamcenter
