Job Summary
Manage multiple web and CRM implementation projects from scope through to launch by translating requirements into tasks and user stories in ClickUp. Run Agile sprint cycles, facilitate planning and retrospectives, and maintain a prioritized backlog to ensure developers focus on delivery. Coordinate internal QA and UAT processes with Account Managers, track bugs, and resolve blockers early to keep projects on time and within budget. Mentor a Junior Project Coordinator and document technical details for integrations. Join key calls for delivery planning and work closely with technical leads to clarify requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience working with Agile or sprint-based delivery
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
- 3 - 5 years' experience in similar field
- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following or related: Information and communication technology, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing technical or web development projects
- Experience delivering HubSpot CMS or CRM projects
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation tools
