Job Summary
Drive end-to-end customer implementations for Elsevier's Mytonomy Cloud for Healthcare platform, coordinating from project kickoff through go-live to ensure deployments are delivered on time and within scope. Partner with health systems to translate clinical and business requirements into configured, integrated solutions, managing technical integrations with EHR systems like Epic and advising on HL7, SMART on FHIR, and API connections. Configure customer environments using internal tools, map content with Clinical and Product teams, and oversee testing, validation, and training activities to prepare clinical staff for launch. Collaborate with Customer Success and internal stakeholders to maintain clear documentation and drive project delivery while influencing product enhancements based on feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, EHR deployment, or a closely related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for clinical and operational audiences
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive implementations to successful go-live
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
- Strong familiarity with Epic workflows in hospital and ambulatory settings
Desired Qualifications
- Epic certification or hands-on configuration experience
- Experience working with healthcare technology partners and integration tools (e.g., Redox, HL7, SMART on FHIR)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or healthcare-related discipline
- Location within 50 miles of the Bethesda office
