Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager in the WPP Enterprise Data Group responsible for delivery coordination and technical project management across the Work Management Data Spine programme. Coordinates sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, dependency tracking, and progress reporting across offshore teams (UK and India) to ensure on-time delivery and quality. Manages cross-workstream dependencies, risk/issue registers, and stakeholder communications; oversees resource and capacity planning, onboarding, and tooling access; tracks team utilization and capacity. Facilitates cross-timezone communication, manages Jira projects, and provides regular status updates to programme leadership. Strong background in data engineering, software development, or systems integration with Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and proficiency in Jira/Confluence; ability to operate across time zones and collaborate with engineering leads and stakeholders.
