Job Summary
Manage multiple projects simultaneously using SDLC and Agile methodologies, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution. Lead teams of 15-20 members, providing training, documentation, and motivation under pressure while handling client communication and daily interactions. Execute project plans and estimations, ensuring quality factors are met across Dot Net, Front End, or PHP stacks with extensive DevOps and CI/CD pipeline knowledge. Debug complex technical issues and conduct candidate interviews using functional and behavioral approaches. Work with management and senior departments to deliver expected outputs while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years In Dot Net OR Front End OR PHP technologies
- Excellent Verbal/Written English Communication with client and internal team
- experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
- on-hand knowledge about SDLC / AGILE methodology and all its ceremonies / artifacts
- project management and team management skills
- ability to work under pressure and motivate the team to get expected output
- skills to interview candidates and judge based on functional and behavioral approach
- Extreme fluency in Dot Net / Front End / PHP Technology stack
- good knowledge in any one of following technologies Dot Net / Front End ( ReactJS / AngularJS / VueJS ) / PHP
- Extreme fluency in REST/SOAP APIs with JSON/XML
- understanding of N-tier and Microservice architecture
- debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components working with developers
- research capability for new technologies
- DevOps exposure
- hands on knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines for project deliverables
