Technical Project Manager – Water & Wastewater

Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities for new sites or upgrades, acting as the primary interface between Red Bull and strategic partners, translating stakeholder requirements into specifications, overseeing system implementation and integration, and driving tender strategy and contract development to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and sustainable, compliant operations. Responsibilities include identifying permits, optimizing processes for efficiency and sustainability, and managing risks across scope, safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Requires 5+ years of project management in water management, strong technical expertise in water/wastewater systems, proficiency with MS Office, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration; English required, German a plus. Salary is disclosed per local regulations; minimum salary is EUR 2,535 gross per month with compensation above the minimum based on market rates. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in water management, water treatment, or wastewater treatment projects
- Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment systems and technologies
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Structured, self-driven, and hands-on approach to managing projects and delivering results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on end-to-end project execution
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
