Job Summary
Technical Project Manager (TPM) for Datarails’ R&D initiatives. Lead projects and R&D processes through the entire SDLC from planning to release, map cross-functional handoffs across Eng/Product/QA/DevOps/Support/CS to remove blockers and improve cycle time, publish weekly delivery health dashboards, enable lean agile practices, and take ownership of P0/P1 timelines and issues. Own the release process to ensure high-quality, on-time releases and clear stakeholder communication. Requires hands-on TPM/PM/ Scrum Master experience, deep SDLC/domain knowledge (software, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, Data), proficiency with Jira/Linear to model workflows and surface metrics, and the ability to coordinate globally distributed teams. Strong communicator who can present complex technical features simply and partner with executives, Product, Support, Marketing, and CS. Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and governance with minimal overhead."
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the tech industry with hands-on roles as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, TPM, or Release Manager
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and multiple technology domains (software engineering, QA, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, and Data)
- Proven experience adopting AI in the TPM domain
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable partnering with executive managers, Product, Support, Marketing, and CS
- Hands-on with Jira/Linear: model workflows, build actionable dashboards, and drive decisions with metrics
- Strong grasp of SDLC, Scrum/Kanban; pragmatic governance (right-sized process, minimal overhead)
- Experience coordinating globally distributed teams; excellent English
