Job Summary
Technical Project Manager (TPM) 4 leads and coordinates discrete technical project scope within a DOE/NNSA nuclear environment, overseeing requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, risks, and project team activities from initiation through turnover. Provides technical guidance to project teams and support departments, aligns activities with Triad prime contract and NNSA requirements, and ensures compliance with programmatic and quality standards across control accounts and work packages. Prior nuclear DOE/NNSA experience and ability to operate under DOE O 413.3B requirements are strongly preferred; EVMS/Control Account Management familiarity is a plus. Must be able to obtain a DOE Q credential and be a US citizen for government contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum twelve years related DOE nuclear experience
- DOE/NNSA experience managing D&D, construction, testing, and turnover in a nuclear environment
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or Control Account Manager equivalent
- Experience working under DOE O 413.3B requirements and related review processes (CDs, TIPR, ICE, EIR, APR)
- Experience in work control, hazard management, radiological or operational activities, and quality assurance
- Ability to obtain a DOE Q credential
