Job Summary
Organize teams in JIRA for releases, sprints, and ceremonies while owning the delivery calendar for your squads. Facilitate end-to-end delivery from scoping through production roll-out, maintaining dashboards for velocity and surfacing risks early. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and implement PDLC best practices to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Build automated AI reporting tools applicable across stakeholders. Drive process improvement and assist with resourcing for complex, cross-functional software projects within the fintech and blockchain vertical.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
- Strong understanding of tokenization platforms and core infrastructure services, including blockchain fundamentals, digital asset lifecycle, smart contracts, wallet and custody solutions, identity and access management, system integrations
