Job Summary
Lead the technical delivery of a large-scale ticketing system renewal program by managing new equipment installation, coordinating legacy system removal and recycling, and establishing the operational maintenance model. Collaborate with internal technical teams, regional business units, operations, and external suppliers to execute project planning, deployment coordination, budget and contract management, stakeholder communication, risk management, quality assurance, and financial oversight. Conduct frequent travel to operational sites across Wallonia to supervise installations, validate quality, and support deployment activities. This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence and involves managing cross-functional teams and vendors within the public sector.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in technical project management within large organizations
- Strong expertise in project monitoring, budget management, and public procurement
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Background in infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale technical deployment projects
- Native-level French
- Willingness to travel frequently across Wallonia
- Hybrid work arrangement with regular on-site presence
