Job Summary
Partner with technical and business teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions for Infrastructure and DevOps initiatives. Elicit requirements through interviews, design sessions, and surveys to create functional specification documents. Manage tasks, projects, and initiatives within assigned business areas while championing process improvements and providing in-depth analysis. This role requires 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Technical Project Management, knowledge of SDLC models, and proficiency with project tracking systems like Atlassian tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to learn new technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Project Management role
- Knowledge of SDLC models
- Previous experience working with data or systems integration across multiple teams
- Experience working with project tracking systems
