Job Summary
Technical Project Manager to lead planning, estimation, implementation, and delivery of technical transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams and client engagements. Develop project plans aligned with client requirements, coordinate tasks, implement risk mitigation, produce status updates, and mentor other PMs. Requires Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or related field (preferred) and 3+ years PM experience; proficient in MS Project/Visio; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; experience managing complex initiatives including data center implementations, managed services, and infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years in a project management office or as a project manager
- Microsoft Office Suite trained, experience in MS Project or Visio required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, as the PM will be directing projects across multiple departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to delegate as needed
- Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors
- Experience with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in estimating and common project management desktop tools
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
