Technical Project Manager, Strategic Technology Initiatives

Job Summary
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for strategic cloud and on-premise software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and reviews while tracking progress through established management tools and reporting systems. Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting expenditures and providing quarterly variance analyses to leadership. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and executive teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget, utilizing AI tools to accelerate planning and commercialization. Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to ensure timely milestone achievement and budget adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud, software product development, or technical projects
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience working in healthcare foodservice operations or bedside nutrition management
- Experience using AI tools and workflows to accelerate the planning, tracking, and delivery of technical development initiatives, and to support the commercialization of new technologies from early development through go-to-market execution
- Strong understanding of cloud and software product development life cycles
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools
- Fluency in technical software development terminology and tasks at a high level
- PMP or similar certification
- This is a full-time position
- 37.5 scheduled weekly hours

Desired Qualifications
