Job Summary
Senior Technical Project Manager (hybrid onsite Mon-Thu) oversees planning, coordination, and delivery of technology-focused projects across infrastructure, security, and AI enablement in an enterprise setting. Responsible for managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; coordinating change management activities; facilitating cross-functional communications among IT, Security, Operations, and Software Development; coordinating QA testing; ensuring complete, compliant documentation; managing provisioning requests; and tracking security patching across servers, cloud, and network platforms, while participating in CAB governance and AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing technical, infrastructure, security, and AI enablement projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of on-prem, cloud, and network infrastructure
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), change management, and compliance processes
- Familiar with enterprise security processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive communication and reporting
- Highly organized with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
