Job Summary
Translate client CRM requirements into functional CRM solutions as the bridge between clients and internal CRM build team. Gather and document detailed workflows, manage project timelines and deliverables, ensure implementations meet specifications, and act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams. Requires proven GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM experience, strong understanding of CRM workflows and automations, ability to document requirements clearly, translate business needs into technical specifications for implementation teams, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Highly organized with strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and business processes.
- Ability to gather detailed client requirements and document workflows clearly.
