Job Summary
Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional engineering programs spanning engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, data, and product. Drive planning, milestones, dependencies, and ownership clarity; lead sprint planning, standups, demos, retros, and steering committees; surface and mitigate risks to keep programs on time and at a quality bar users deserve. Partner on incident response and post-mortems to ensure fixes ship. Focus on concrete outcomes, not process-for-process' sake, and continuously improve tooling, process, and org design to scale delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Curiosity and ambition
- Program/project management experience in a high-growth software environment
- Track record of shipping end-to-end programs with defined scope, constraints, and delivery
- Technical fluency to assess tradeoffs and estimates
- Outstanding written communication
