Technical Project Manager R&D

Job Summary
Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through development, validation, and commercialization, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, scientific research, manufacturing, and external partners. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Interface directly with customers to understand requirements, oversee product testing and documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide regular updates to leadership and travel to customer and partner sites as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field)
- Proven experience managing technical or R&D projects
- Demonstrated success bringing products from development through commercialization
- Strong understanding of scientific instrumentation or environmental sensing technologies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with particulate measurement or aerosol science preferred
