Own end-to-end project delivery from scoping and planning through launch, acting as the client's primary day-to-day contact while collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders. Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, proactively flagging risks and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage. Run structured kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospectives to ensure clear decisions and next steps, while maintaining a living log of risks and dependencies. Hold the line on scope by logging changes and translating their impact on time, cost, and quality into clear recommendations. Contribute to budget tracking, resourcing, timesheeting, and invoicing processes, and embrace AI tools to improve planning, documentation, and communication. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and propose solutions that challenge current thinking.
