Job Summary
Technical Project Manager responsible for bridging product vision and technical execution within Prediktive’s Product & Analytics team in Argentina. Own the team’s delivery process, act as a servant leader to empower the development team, manage project timelines and estimates (story points and capacity), and proactively remove blockers. Own the UAT and release process end-to-end, coordinate with testers, and track feedback to ensure features are validated for release. Drive visibility and communication by maintaining the project/work management system as the single source of truth, communicating project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders. Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap objectives into a clear backlog and delivery plan for engineers. Requirements include 3+ years in technical delivery roles, strong Agile experience, proficiency with project management software, ability to translate technical challenges into business risks, experience coordinating software testing/validation (UAT), and pre-sales support. Bonus points for Scrum certification and experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and analytics-focused backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a role focused on technical delivery such as a Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master
- Experience with Agile principles and methodologies
- Proficient with modern project management software
- Experience translating technical challenges into business risks and coordinating across teams
- Experience coordinating software testing or validation processes (like UAT)
