Job Summary
Technical Project Manager to drive cross-platform delivery (Web, iOS, Android, Windows) bridging product vision and engineering. You will drive delivery of complex technical features, collaborate with engineering and Delivery Manager to refine strategy and roadmaps, manage project lifecycles with a hybrid process (Scrum/Agile/Kanban), translate high-level goals into actionable technical requirements, oversee AI/ML-related projects, and facilitate cross-functional communication to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality releases. Requirements include 3+ years in a TPM/Lead Engineer role, strong CS background or equivalent, experience across Web/Mobile/Desktop, solid SDLC methodology knowledge, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and comfort with autonomous, custom-built processes. English level B2. Nice-to-have: AI/ML hands-on knowledge; Russian language.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer in a product-driven company
- strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent experience)
- multi-platform product development (Web, Mobile, and Desktop)
- deep understanding of various SDLC methodologies
- proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
- ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- comfortable with autonomous, custom-built processes
- English level B2
